My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Shannon McDonough-Porter for the last two years. We first met her when we called on a property and asked to see it. She immediately responded and from that day forward we knew we wanted her to represent us on this journey of searching for our dream farm. Although we were not quite ready to purchase in the beginning, she never told us NO when we wanted to see a piece of property. Very supportive!!! When we finally found our dream farm, Shannon was phenomenal throughout the entire escrow period. We had a long escrow of 60 days (at the request of the sellers) and she immediately jumped on all tasks that needed to get done, when easily other realtors might have said "we've got time". Shannon is thorough and detail oriented....exhausts all possibilities. Her kind and professional attitude makes her easy to work with, whether you are the listing agent, the lender, appraiser, insurance agent, etc. Shannon was ALWAYS available....if we had questions or concerns, she was always a text, email or phone call away. She never made us feel like we were bothering her. Our particular escrow didn't go as smoothly as ANYONE would want and if it hadn't had been for Shannon's KIND PROFESSIONAL relentless approach towards the end, I'm sure we would still not be in our house. One last comment, during the second half of our escrow, Shannon had to make a move of her own with her family (6+ hours away). At first we were a little nervous, but Shannon never quit nor let up on her responsibilities as our realtor. She was available 24/7 to us. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shannon McDonough-Porter to represent you as your realtor. You would be a fool not to hire her.

I must say the part of working with Shannon that impressed me/us the most was her willingness to show us any and everything and make herself as available as absolutely possible.
